The PMD PhotonICs® 3k-S is our state-of-the art 3D ToF imager for use in manufacturing applications. The sensor has a resolution of 64x48 ToF pixels. Mass-produced solutions based on this technology were launched in 2008. The 3k-S imager is in its third generation and is fully certified in line with the relevant industry requirements. Every imager features SBI, which means it can be used indoors, as well as outdoors.

The PMD PhotonICs® 1k-S chip has been approved for deployment in the automotive industry and is now in its third generation. The sensor has a resolution of 64x16 ToF pixels. It is automotive qualified according to ZVEI recommendations for Robustness Validation and can be deployed immediately in product development. Every imager is equipped with SBI, enabling indoor as well as outdoor use.
